Assurance is the BEST! Brandon came out in the dead of winter to climb on our steep roof to repair storm damage--no charge! And he called to check the repair was holding no less than 4 times over the winter! He and his team just finished up their work on our roof replacement and did a fantastic job. His crew was highly efficient and got the work done by 3pm. It looks great, and we'll sleep much better with a whole roof over our heads!

After reaching out to 3 other restoration companies and having one tell me the damage was worse than it was, and the others not showing up multiple times, I found Assurance Restoration and gave Brandon a call. He was on vacation when I called but took my call and assured me he would be at our house for him to look at things. He came and was on time. He was quick to fix our issue and communicated the entire time through out the process. We will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

This review is overdue, but I wanted to get a few hard rains before writing one. They did a new roof for me under an insurance claim for hail damage. They came recommended by an insurance guy. They did a great job. They were fast, on time, Nice and Professional, and appear to have done a fantastic job (although I'm not a roofing specialist). The roof looks real good and their pricing was fair, Honest and Up Front. The reason I capitalized the words above, is because those things are important to me and cannot be found with many construction companies these days! The only thing I'd recommend is for them to spend a little more time picking up stray nails, as I found several. But I had a rolling magnet, so no big deal; and they did come back out when there were some on the roof still that would occasionally fall down to the ground. And they were still Nice and Professional when I asked for that! I highly recommend Assurance.

We had a leak from an upstairs bathtub that went through the ceiling and wall cavity and under our luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first floor. I called Brandon based on a positive review that I saw in a group online, and he answered immediately and arrived directly from another job. Assurance started the water remediation work right away and then returned daily to check the moisture levels. They explained the process and equipment to me in detail. Their documentation was so thorough that my homeowners insurance decided they didn’t even need to send their own adjuster for an inspection. When I was concerned about the potential for mold in the wall, Kyle told me that I should find an independent indoor air quality professional to do the assessment. The fact that Assurance wanted me to choose an outside source to handle the testing really inspired confidence in their integrity, and we ended up using Assurance for the mold remediation as well when the testing showed areas of concern. They set up a containment barrier for the removal and sealed the area after the treatment was completed. Danny did a great job with the drywall repair from the mold mitigation. He worked quickly, and the texture repair on the ceiling was seamless. We’re really grateful to have found a locally owned business that was so responsive and thorough.
